Potato RosesRecipe credit: @buzzfeedtastyPhoto credit: @mosmeen_diaries 2 medium potatoes, slices thinly 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon garlic salt ¼ teaspoon dried thyme ¼ teaspoon black pepper ¾ teaspoon chilli powder Method:1. Pre heat air fryer to 160 degrees OR oven to 200 degrees 2. Using a mandolin slicer, thinly slice potatoes into a dish3. Add the rest if the ingredients and mix well until potatoes are well coated 4. On a cutting board, lay out the potato slices in a line, slightly overlapping each other5. Starting at one end, tightly roll up the potatoes, creating a potato rose6. Put it in a muffin pan. Repeat with the rest of the slices, making about 6 roses 7. Air fry at 160 degrees in 10 minute intervals. OR bake in an oven for 20 minutes. Cover the roses with tin foil, and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
