My style
In a pot add1 kg Ribs cut not too thick or use the Rack of RibsAdd 1Tblsp ginger garlic1full teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon dhana jeera mix½ teaspoon tumeric1 full tablespoon chops and steak spice or BBQ spice2 tablespoon spare ribs marinadeLittle mixed herbs & little rosemaryCook add water till ribs is softTo the gravy Now add steers spare ribs marinadeAdd sauces sweet sour sauce, sweet chilli , tomato add honey or brown sugar to SweetenCook till thick gravy is formedRemove from pot and place in oven tray or casseroleUnder grill turning twice to crisp the RibsGarnish with green chopped dhania (coriander) Serve with cheesy spagetti /pasta /chips /salads /rolls
Cheesy PastaBoil any amount spagetti or pasta as per instructions on packet drainIn a pot add2 tablespoon butter add 1grated tomato 1 teaspoon chilli little parsley little lemon juice (optional) braise wellAdd the boiled pasta or spagettiCook Add lots of cheeseServe hot as a side dish Yummy
