Carrot Halvo (easy)

INGREDIENTS

4-5 cups Carrots
1 cup ghee (Clarified butter)
½ tin condensed Milk
½ tin Nestle Cream
Almonds to decorate

METHOD

Heat ghee (Clarified butter).
Add in the grated carrots & cook on low-medium heat for atleast 30 minutes. Till carrot is soft.
Add in the condensed Milk & Nestle Cream.
Mix well & serve warm.
Decorate with Almonds
