INGREDIENTS
1 Small tin sweet corn
2 eggs
3 quarter cup cake flour
Small bunch spring onions chopped
Green dhania (coriander)
Ground green chillies to taste
Small onion cubed
1 tablespoon oil
Half cup cheddar cheese
Salt to taste
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Spray muffin
pan with non-stick spray. Pour mixture into
muffin pans and bake at 180C for +- 30 minutes,
until firm and golden brown. Serve hot.
