Cheddarmelt Steak

RECIPE

Cheddarmelt steak 📷:fouziah 1 kg steak cut in big slices. Or use steak fillets. Cook with spices and butter and mayo and tomatoe sauce and mayo and peri peri sauce. Cook till done. Sauce CheddarMelt sauce and garlic butter and fresh cream. Boil. Grill steaks on griddle pan.To serve.Place steak on platter and place a slice of cheese and pour hot sauce over. Sprinkle dhania (coriander).  Serve with chips
