1 kg cubed steak Cook with 1 teaspoon each:Salt chilli powder arad (Turmeric) dhana Jeeru (Cumin) Black pepper lemon juice Vinegar ginger garlic and steak and chops masala (@purespice_sa)(I pressure Cooked for 20 minutes)cook till dry. Add in 1 tablespoon each: tomato sauce chilli sauce hot sauce peri peri sauce mayo 1 cup chopped robot peppers set aside till needed.
Fried and masala slap chipsShredded lettuce & diced onions Fried French polony
To assemble :Drizzle mustard sauce on breadSteakDiced onions and lettuce Tomato sauce Mustard sauce MayoPolony Chips Sliced cheese 🧀 BreadSpread butter & toast till golden brown Serve Piping hot 🔥
