RECIPE

Almond rocca 📷credit : fouziah 250g butter 1 cup sugar 3 tablespoon water1 ½ tablespoon golden syrup Heat above.Add in 1 ½ cup chopped nuts. Cook on med heat till dark caramel colour stirring continously. Pour out on a greased tray. Spread kwickly. Break in pieces.Optional : Pour over melted chocolate
