500g butter2 cups of chopped almonds 1 cup white sugar1 cup brown sugar ½ cup of water4 tablespoons liquid glucose1 slab Chocolate
Melt the butter, sugar and water in a saucepan and let it boil until its sunshine yellow, stir with with a wooden spoon, add the liquid glucose and you will notice that the mixture turns to a caramel colour , Let it cook and keep stirring.After about 5-10 minutes, Add the chopped nuts
Mix together well and pour into a pan Let it harden, drizzle over your chocolate, crack into shards once all is dry. If you want more uniform pieces, indent the cut lines while it's hardening so that it breaks along those lines when it's totally hard.
