RECIPE
My Easy style
I bought ready croissant doughIt was already in crescent shapedAll I did was placed it on a greased baking tray and allowed it to double in size in a warm place(Ready puff butter pastry can also be used you cut in squares and then make a triangle by cutting acrossRoll.up crescent shaped)
Then I sprinkled a little water overAndEgg brushed it (1 EGG 1TBLSP WATER FOR BRUSHING THE CROISSANTS add vanilla essence if preferred)
Bake at 180 for 10 minutes then drop to 170 for 8-10 minutes
Once out of oven You mix icing g sugar and water make a slightly thickish paste pour over each croissant sprinkle with pecans or almonds and glaced cherries Or make a savory and slice and fill ex: lettuce tomato cheese cucumber etcEnjoy
