INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup lukewarm water- 1 ½ tablespoon honey- 2 ½ teaspoon instant yeast- ¼ cup olive oil- ½ teaspoon salt or to taste- 1 egg- 2 cups brown flour- 3 tablespoon white flour- little milk for brushing- sesame seeds
METHOD
- Mix water honey and yeast well- Add oil salt and egg to it and mix- Gradually add this mixture to both flour and knead- leave it to rise for 1-2h- knead it a bit and shape balls (125-140g each), place it on the oven tray and leave it to rise for 35-45mn- brush the top with milk, sprinkle sesame seeds and bake in the oven at 180°C for 15-20mns.

- Any bread recipes when it comes to kneading, if we do it by hand give it a good 10mn minimum (set a timer) so that the gluten can develop nicely and you get moist bread.
