For the hot buns
Add the following to step 1
2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
2 teaspoon mix spice
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 cups warm water
4 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon yeast
2 cups flour
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon milk powder- secret ingredient that makes 'em so soft
Mix together and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
1⁄2 cup oil
3 cups flour+ 1 teaspoon baking powder (optional) 75g black raisins
Mix well and knead until combined then use as desired.
For into balls place next to each other . Allow to rise for 20 minutes Pipe lines on if desired 85g of flour mixed with 5 tablespoon water Bake for 25 minutes
Warm 3 tablespoon jam in a small pot
brush over warm buns. allow to cool . Serve with butter.
