INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) ¼ cup peas ½ green pepper cubed 2 potatoes cut into cubes and boiledMash Salt to taste 1 teaspoon coarse red chilli powder¼ teaspoon turmeric (haldi)1 teaspoon pav bhaji (Spinach) masala 1 teaspoon kasuri Methi (Fenugreek) / dry fenugreek leaves2 tablespoon freshly chopped coriander1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste1 onion, finely chopped Juice from half a lemon water to adjust consistency
METHOD
To serve I buttered rolls and toasted on a tawaMade a salad with sliced red onionsand cut up tomatoes.Sprinkled salt and black pepper Sprinkled with chopped fresh coriander
In a large kadai heat 1 tablespoon butter and add vegetables. cook and mash well.Add 1 teaspoon chilli powder¼ teaspoon turmeric1 teaspoon pav bhaji (Spinach) masala1 teaspoon kasuri Methi (Fenugreek) 2 tablespoons coriander leaves.heat a tablespoon of butter and add ¼ teaspoon chilli powder, ½ teaspoon pav bhaji (Spinach) masala1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 onion lemon juicesaute well.Boil and mash for 5 minutes adjusting consistency.
