4 Cups Supreme Sweet and Light ( Prepared Mix )
1 packet yeast
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Water
Mix flour and yeast in a dish. Add enough lukewarm water to make a soft dough. Knead for 5 minutes. Leave to rise in a warm place for 10 minutes. Punch down and divide dough into 2. Roll each one out,egg wash the inside and sprinkle cinnamon powder and brown sugar. Roll up like a Swissroll and slice into 6 pieces. Place each on a greased baking pan cut side facing up. Leave to rise for + / - 30 minutes or until double in size. Egg wash the top and bake in pre heated oven at 200 C for 15 minutes or until done. In the meantime prepare syrup. Mix all ingredients for syrup in a pot and allow to boil. Once Chelsea buns are baked brush syrup on top.
