Healthy Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:Flesh of 2 ripe avocados¼ cup milk2-4 tablespoon honey1 teaspoon vanilla essence100g Lindt 70% cocoa dark chocolate (melted)2 tablespoon cocoa powder
Method:1. Melt chocolate with a drizzle of oil in microwave in intervals till properly melted.2. Blend avo with milk, honey, vanilla and cocoa till smooth.3. Mix chocolate into mixture.4. Spoon into serving bowls. 5. Place in fridge to set at least an hour before serving.
I garnished with blueberries & violas.
