Prawn Stir-fry

400g deshelled and deveined prawns1 (250g) packet noodles500g Asian stir-fry1 tablespoon crushed garlic2 tablespoon sesame oil or vegetable oil 3-5 tablespoon lime juice 3-5 tablespoon soy sauce salt and crushed crushed chillies to taste
METHOD
1. Clean and wash prawns, marinate with salt, crushed chillies, garlic and 1 tablespoon lime juice. Marinate overnight.2. Make noodles according to packet instructions.3. Heat oil in pan or wok, add the veg and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, don't overcook veg. season with salt, crushed chillies and lime juice to taste4. Remove veg from pan and in the same pan, fry prawns till pink add more oil if required. 5. Add the veg and noodles back into the pot, toss with soy sauce and lime juice. 6. Taste and adjust salt and chillies
