Half Kg Chicken 1 Egg 1 Tin Sweet Corn Salt and pepper
Cut chicken fillets into either strips or cubes. Add a tablespoon of oil into your pot and cook the chicken with a little salt and pepper. Once chicken is cooked, add boiling water into pot.. (please note that the amount of water added, will be the amount of soup you will have.) Once the chicken and Water come to a boil, crack in an egg, and at the same time whisk so that the egg is in shreds and not whole. Add in your sweet corn and pepper, add salt to taste.
INFO & TIPS
Cut up 2 chillies in rings and add to either
white or brown vinegar. Let it sit for a while.
When serving the soup, give the chillie vinegar
and some soya sauce to add in. this just gives it
and extra ZZZIIINNNGGG!!! You can also serve it
with garlic bread! njoy
