Cream butter,sugar and rind together until light in colour. Add eggs 1 at a time,beating well after each addition (v imp)Add sifted flour alternatively with the orange juice to the butter mixture and mix thoroughly. Bake for 30 minutes+/- in a well greased pan. Leave to cool in pan for 20 minutes. Turn out onto wire rack and cool. IcingMix ½ c icing sugar with pulp of fresh granadilla and 1 tablespoon hot water. Drizzle over cake.
