500 grm ramp steak 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon garlic 1 tablespoon Shan tikka masala Salt to taste ½ teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon dhana powder ½ teaspoon haldi 1 tablespoon lemon juice Pinch of red food color Marinate steak and keep for 1 hour. shallow fry. On medium flame. Serve hot with roti.
