Ingredients:1 ½ pkts marie biscuits2 tins pears in syrup1 small tin Nestle dessert creamFlake
Method:1. Drain the pears from syrup.2. Mash the pears.3. Sandwich between maries.4. Lay the log on it's side and wrap in plastic wrap.5. Leave to sit in fridge for 1-2 hrs, it will swell.6. Remove plastic 7. Mix cream together, then pour over log.8. Crush flake over.9. Place in fridge to chill with cream.10. When slicing, slice in an angle so that you may see a pattern.
