1 kg Mutton shanks or leg Mutton 1 onion gratedBraise in ¼ cup ghee (Clarified butter). Add cinnamon sticks, Elachi (cardomom), pepper corns& 1 teaspoon jeera. When golden brown add in shanks, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala, 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric) cook until meat is tender. Add in water as needed. Cut 3 potatoes in half & fry. Keep aside. To meat add 3 grated tomatoes, 2 tablespoon tomatoe paste, 2 teaspoon Dana jeera powder, 2 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder & 2 teaspoon Shaan achaar ghost spice, some curry leaves & 2 whole green chillies. Mix it well. Place in fried potatoes add water & cook until done.
Scoop out the insides of the bread. Fill with Mutton curry. Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander). Serve with salad, achaar & crisp.
