INGREDIENTS
Middlecut and rotiRecipe ... Sue Oil 1 can middle cut drained and cleaned 1 onion ½ teaspoon crushed garlic½ teaspoon dhania (coriander)/jeera powder3 fresh green chillies .. slit in centredhania (coriander) chopped ½ teaspoon sugar ⅓ teaspoon turmeric powderSalt
METHOD
Braise onion in oil when nice and golden brown Add the green chillies and tumeric powderdhania (coriander) /jeera powder Salt to taste Sugar GarlicBraise for few seconds Add the middlecut and cook for few minutes Add dhania (coriander) turn heat off and leave on stove
INFO & TIPS
Serve with hot roti, sambals and potato and mushroom curry
