sauce:¼ cup nandos wild herb peri ¼ cup nandos lemon an herb ¼ cup nandos mild peri 1 tablespoon tomato paste ¾ cups fresh cream 1 to 2 cups water blob of butter .
Rice 2 cups rice 1 onion chopped ¼ of each color peppers ¼ teaspoon egg yellow salt 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 1 teaspoon bbq spice ¼ cup nandos mild peri sauce 1 tablespoon tomato sauce butter
Marinade chicken and cook in butter , when chicken is almost done add all the sauces and the water , cook for another 5 minutes then add the fresh cream and more water and cook for 5 minutes . set aside .Rice :cook rice halfway with salt and egg yellow strain , wash and set aside.Now Saute onion and pepper in butter until soft . add 1 teaspoon garlic all the spices as well as the sauce and 1 cup water and bring to boil add the half boiled rice lower heat and allow to steam until soft add water if necessary.
