Omelette At Its Best

INGREDIENTS

2 eggs Little salt Little pepper1 teaspoon water Beat together
Heat a frying pan Add a little coconut oil Pour the egg into pan and let it cook ( heat must not be to hi) pulling the egg away from the side of the pan towards the centre. Place filling on one half of the omelette Fold over and slide into plate If you prefer a omelette that is cooked through ( meaning it is not wet on the top ) thenplace a lid on the pan for about 1 to 2 minutes
My filling A little butter Onions Red /green/ yellow peppers Green Chillie Mushrooms Cucumber Sliced olives Fry in butter for a minutes remove from pan Scoop onto the omelette in frying pan Sprinkle grated cheese ontop of filling Slice avocado sliced over filling
Fold over and slide omelette into serving plate Sprinkle cheese ontopI drizzled wth a little hot sauceI sliced avocado onto my plate Really delicious I prepare my filling first and then make the omelette
