1 packet tennis or Marie biscuits-crushed 100g butter-melted 1 tin (385g)cond. milk 2 bananas-sliced 1 cup sweetened whipped cream 50g butter 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon golden syrup plain chocolate for decor
Add butter to crumbs & press into a pie dish. Pour condensed milk, syrup & butter in saucepan Cook till slightly thick. Pour into crust. Drizzle lemon over bananas. Arrange on top of milk mixture. Cover with whipped cream. Decorate with chocolate curls.
