Lemon Butter Sauce Prawns

Ingredients:1kg queen prawns1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 1 teaspoon lemon pepper1 tablespoon oil4 tablespoon butter1 tablespoon crushed garlic½ teaspoon ground green chillies½ teaspoon dried mixed herbs½ teaspoon dhana jeeroo powder3 tablespoon lemon juice1 cup fresh cream
METHOD1. Heat oil and 2 tablespoon butter in pan.2. Season prawns with Aromat (a South African Spice) and lemon pepper.3. Fry in butter till just pink. Remove from pan.4. Add remainder butter, cream, garlic, chillies, herbs, lemon and dhana jeeroo to pan. Bring to a boil.5. Then add prawns back and baste with sauce.6. Do not over cook prawns or they will become rubbery.
Note: May substitute lemon pepper with white pepper & Aromat (a South African Spice) with salt.
