INGREDIENTS
500 ml Fresh Cream
200g Dairy Milk chocolate
1 box(200g) Choc Kits
9 Ferrerros (Cut 6 in 1/4s and 3 in
halves)
4 Eggs seperated
2 tablespoon vanilla essence
METHOD
Melt chocolate till smooth. Add in yolks
and vanilla
essence and mix well. Set aside.
Beat whites stiff. Set aside. Beat fresh
cream
stiff. Fold cream into chocolate
mixture. Fold in
egg whites. Crush half box biscuits and
break rest
of biscuits into big pieces. Combine all
biscuits
with chocolate mixture. Fold in the
quartered
Ferrerros. Transfer to serving bowl and
refrigerate.
Once cold and set decorat with halved
Ferrerros as
desired.

N.B to add more crunch you may add extra
biscuits.
