INGREDIENTS
5 cup cake flour
1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 packet instant yeast
1 cup sour milk
1 cup boiling water
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
2-3 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoon dried parsley
METHOD
Mix all dry ingredients together
Mix all wet ingredients together
Make a dough
Leave to rise, roll into small balls
Roll into circles, like side plates
Toast on Thawa – Butter with garlic butter
