INGREDIENTS
4 cups flour
10ml fennel seeds
5 ml salt
60 ml sugar
1 packet instant dry yeast
30ml melted butter or margerine
1 egg beaten
375ml warm milk
tal (sesame seeds) seeds for sprinkling
METHOD
add flour, fennel seeds,salt, sugar and to
a
bowl.rub in melted butter,then add warm
milk and
egg.add yeast,knead for 15-20 minutes.do not
add more
flour.place into well oiled bowl cover
with oiled
cling wrap allow to rise.once risen.make
equal balls
size,starting in the middle of a cake tine
form a
daisy brush with egg sprinkle tal (sesame seeds)
seeds.bake on
180 dgrees until golden brown or when u
knock it
sounds hallow.
