2 cups warm water4 tablespoon sugar 2 tablespoon yeast 2 cups cake flour¼ teaspoon salt2 tablespoon milk powder- secret ingredient that makes 'em so softMix together and set aside for 10-15 minutes. Then add:½ cup oil3 cups flour+ 1 teaspoon baking powder (optional)Mix well and knead until combined.
Divide dough into 4 balls and roll out into for equal sized circles Grease a baking sheet and place the first circle and spread with nutella Repeat with the other 2 circles and top with the last circle that will not have nutella over it. Place a glass in the middle of the dough to make an imprint.Then cut the dough into 16 equal parts Twist the end of the dough and join two twisted pieces together by pinching the ends . You will be left with 8 twisted pieces at the end Brush with egg wash Bake in preheated oven at 180° for +/- 25-30 minutes or until done
