INGREDIENTS
6 Pieces Baby Hake - sprinkle with Paprika, set asideSaltLemon pepperFish spice2 eggs, beatenHalf cup flour Oil for frying
METHOD
In a separate bowl, mix the salt & all the spices in a bowl. Dip the fish in egg & coat with the flour mixture.Fry in medium oil for 4-8 minutes.Until golden. Serves 4(Also add chips or salads on the side).
