INGREDIENTS
1kg Chicken pieces
50g Butter
2 tablespoons Special chicken braai (bbq) spice
1 tablespoon Portuguese chicken spice
1 tablespoon Garlic & ginger paste
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Salt
½ CUP Mayonaise
4 tablespoon Chutney
2 tablespoon Worcester sauce
1 teaspoon Sugar
METHOD
Mix together chicken braai (bbq) spice, portuguese chic spice, garlic & ginger paste, lemon juice & salt. Rub onto chic.
Melt butter in a pot & add chic.
Cook till done.
In a seperate bowl mix remaining ingredients to make a sauce.
Pour over cooked chic and warm through.
INFO & TIPS
Garnish with Dhania. Serve with savoury rice or roti
