INGREDIENTS
125grams. Butter, melted
2 tablespoons. Jam (apricot best)
± ¾ cup Brown sugar
1 cup Cake flour
3\4 cup Milk
10ml. Bicarb
Pinch salt
Sauce:
1&½ cups Boiling water
½ cup Sugar
2&½ teaspoon. Fine ginger powder
METHOD
Mix all pudding ingredients. Put into microwave
dish. In seperate bowl mix all sauce ingrredients.
Pour sauce ontop of pud & DONT mix it in. Put in
micro for 12-13 minutes. Serve with custard.
