INGREDIENTS
4 chicken fillets -cut in half lengthwise
salt
wet masala
little lemon juice
cake flour
2 beaten eggs
cornflake crumbs
shallow oil for frying
METHOD
Tenderise the chicken with a mallet. Sprinkle
with salt & rub with wet masala. sprinkle a
little lemon juice over.
Coat the chicken pieces in the flour. Dip in egg
then crumbs & fry till golden brown.

Serve with chips
