
Lemon Medallion Fish & Chips

4 slices potatoes, sliced( ice water) 5 Hake medallions1 cup bread crumbsPepperSaltLemons pepper spiceSalads of your choice
METHOD
Wash the fish, in a separate bowl mix all the crumbs with the spices.Dip the fish in egg & then crumbs mixture.Fry in oil for 5 - 10 minutes. Make a toss salad on the side.Garlic & lemon Sauce
