INGREDIENTS

3 tablespoons garlic and ginger 6 teaspoons chili powder 4 teaspoons dhania (coriander)/jeera powder2 teaspoons tumeric powderSalt to tasteElachi (cardomom) Cinnamon sticks 1 ½ kg leg mutton ( I use chicken )Add spices to meat Add ½ cup sour milk ( Maas)Add 4 big grated tomatoes
Braise 2 to 3 onions in ½ cup ghee (Clarified butter) / oilAdd the meat and as soon as the meat start to simmer , push potatoes into the meat Add 1 ½ cup peas Add green chilies Add 4 cups of soaked rice Pour 1 ½ cups of water over the rice and bake in oven on 180C for plus minus 1 ½ hours for mutton and an hour for chicken
METHOD
