INGREDIENTS
2 cups dhal soaked and processed
2 tablespoon bhajia mix
salt to taste
spring onion
dhania (coriander) fresh
ground chillies
1 onion finely chopped or grated
METHOD
soak dhal over night, process until
grindy add
bhajia mix,salt,onion,dhania (coriander),ground
green
chillie,make into a soft dough.make
balls and
flatten then deep fry until crispy in
the outside
but soft inside.
