85g butter½ cup white sugar⅓ cup packed light brown sugar2 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla essence1 ¼ cup flour½ cup good quality unsweetened cocoa powder½ tablespoon baking powderIcing sugar (to roll in)
- Cream butter and both sugars very well- Add the eggs and vanilla essence and beat well.- Add the flour cocoa powder and baking powder and mix till combined- Refrigirate for +-1h- Make small balls, roll in icing sugar and place on a lined up baking tray- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 12-14 mns.
