Line a casserole/pyrex dish with your unfried Pateria (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))
,even if its frozen its fine.lay sweetcorn over,enough to cover the Pateria (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))
.Make a sauce with a little of any 2 nando sauces,steers peri peri and mayonnaise,also enough to cover the weetcorn.slice small pieces of gherkins over and a little fried onions(sold in butchers like the one used in biryani).Open a 250ml fresh cream,grate mozzerella cheese over. Pop in the oven till its happily bubbling away. When done put fried pur on top and enjoy !!!
