INGREDIENTS
250g cubed Beef/Mutton3 Carrots, chopped/gratedHalf packet Split peas /Dull2 Onions, cubed2 Tomatoes, gratedStick Celery/Parsley, chopped2 Potatoes, gratedOld Spice1 Cup Noodles 6 cups Boiling water1-2 teaspoon Tomato pasteSalt & Pepper to taste
METHOD
In a large pot add the boiling water, all the ingredients, Salt & Pepper. Cook about 2 & half hours until thick.Add the cup noodles & cook for 5 minutes, switching the stove off. Add more liquid if soup is to thick. Enjoy with Dumplings or Garlic Bread😀
INFO & TIPS
Cream & Chillies on the side.
Barley Soup Mix is also healthy option.
