1.Braise 1⁄2 onion with 3tblsp ghee (Clarified butter) 5 chopped garlic and some whole Jeeru (Cumin).
2.when onions are golden brown Add 3 pieces chicken fillet cubed.
3.add aromat, white pepper and
Salt to taste and 2 heaped tap crushed Green chillies.
4.Allow to cook Till water burns out and chicken is cooked well
5.Add +-6 glasses of water and allow it to boil for a while
6.Add some 1⁄2 grated carrot ,Cloves,2 cinnamon sticks and 3-4 peppercorns.
7.Add 1 tin cream style sweet corn
8.add a packet thick vege soup mixd wit little water.
9.lastly add 1 1⁄2 cup fresh cream before serving... And a handful of chopped spring onions and dhania (coriander).
...optional : add 1-2 cups milk
