RECIPE
1. Braise ½ onion with 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) 5 chopped garlic and some whole Jeeru (Cumin).2. when onions are golden brown Add 3 pieces chicken fillet cubed.3. add Aromat (a South African Spice), white pepper and Salt to taste and 2 heaped tap crushed Green chillies.4. Allow to cook Till water burns out and chicken is cooked well 5. Add +-6 glasses of water and allow it to boil for a while 6. Add some ½ grated carrot ,Cloves,2 cinnamon sticks and 3-4 peppercorns.7. Add 1 tin cream style sweet corn8. add a packet thick vegetable soup mixed with little water.9. lastly add 1 ½ cup fresh cream before serving... And a handful of chopped spring onions and dhania (coriander).
Serve hot...
