INGREDIENTS
Pastry dough
1 fresh coconut- grated
fresh dates cut into small pieces
1tin caramel treat
peacan nuts chopped finely
METHOD
Roll out pastry dough, not too
thick or thin, and cut into rounds.
Place into cup cake pans. Bake at
180°c till done. Leave to cool
for filling:
add dates, coconut and nuts into a
pot. Then add enuf milk to make
the above mixture wet. To that
add sugar( for sweetening). Cook
mixture on medium till milk dries
out. Leave to cool.
place filling into baked pastry.
Spread caramel treat over and
sprinkle enough fresh grated
coconut. Enjoy!
