3 Large T bones or Rump 1 tub Lance wood mushroom and pepper sauce Half cup fresh cream 1 large onion slices finelyChopped mushrooms Cracked black pepperCalistos Texan spice 4 sprigs fresh thyme 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
Marinate steak with garlic, black pepper, salt and Texan spice. Fry in little oil and once seared add onions, reduce heat and let cook for 15/20 minutes,add chopped mushrooms, thyme, cream and mushroom sauce, little water if it gets too thick, cook on very low heat till sauce is thickened and steak is soft. Garnish with dhania (coriander)
