INGREDIENTS
1kg chicken fillet cut into strips
1 teaspoon tandoori spice
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoon ground garlic
2 tablespoon vinegar
2 teaspoon red chillies
SAUCE..
2 cups water
125g butter
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoon vinegar
¼ teaspoon red yellow colouring powder
2 tablespoon nandos sauce [whatever flavour you prefer]
½ teaspoon zeal salt
2 teaspoon garlic
3 tablespoon soy sauce
3 tablespoon tomato sauce
3 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoon cornflour
2 tablespoon spring onions
METHOD
add all the spices to the chicken and cook with half a cup of water until moisture evaporates..Bring all the sauce ingredients to boil til glossy,add to chicken fillet and cook over a low heat for 10 minutes,cover sizzler pan base with foil heat the pan till it is very hot add chicken to sizzler pan add fried chips also to sizzler pan and serve while its sizzles.
