INGREDIENTS
250 gram butter soft1 teaspoon salt4 cups flour5 teaspoon baking powder1 egg🥚1 cup plain yoghurt/ buttermilk🍶1 cup sugar
METHOD
Place butter and all other dry ingredients except sugar and mix with beater to resemble bread crumbs.Beat egg, yoghurt and sugar together.Mix everything together and form a sticky dough and put in a greased oven tray.Bake on 180 until pinkish.Remove from oven slice it and put again on a flat tray and bake on 100 until crispy.Leave it on 70 to get crispy for 1 2 hours.Enjoy⬆️💯
