INGREDIENTS
400g Vermicilli ¼ Cup Butter, melted2 Kardamon Pods4 Stick Cinnamon ½ Cup Sultanas /RaisinsAlmonds Flakes (optional)½ Cup Sugar1 teaspoon Essence or Rose Syrup½ Cup Milk½ Cup Water
METHOD
In a pot melt the butter add the spices, vermicilli cook until brown for 4-5 minutes.Then add the raisins, sugar, essence & liquid, cook until dry & sticky. Add almond Flakes for extra flavour.Serves 5-6
