INGREDIENTS
500g Vermicilli or Lokshen2x Stick Cinnomon, 3x Kardamon pods, 450g Butter, melted2 teaspoon Vanilla essence ½ Cup Castor sugar or Brown Sugar... 4-6 teaspoon Condensed milk,(optional) ¼ Cup Sultanas or Raisins½ Cup water, cold½ Cup Milk
Garnishing:Handful Nuts or Almonds FlakesLovely with ice-cream to.
Serve Hot or cold😋
METHOD
Melt the buter, with the spices add the Vermicilli.Then brown for 2 minutes. Tossing everything for 5 secs. Then add the liquid & the rest of the ingredients. Take about 10 minutes to cook & soften. Garnish with nuts or Almond flakes....Serves 6

Can add drizzle of chocolate syrup if you a sweet toot
