• 2 Cups Vermicilli, Crushed • ½ Cup ghee (Clarified butter) • 2 ½ Cups Water • 2 Tablespoon Coconut, Greated • ½ teaspoon cardamom • 3 cinnamon sticks•½ cup sugar• Nestle cream
1. Heat ghee (Clarified butter) in a pot and add cinnamon sticks, Then add Vermicilli and braise until golden brown. 2. Add water and cook on low until all the water is absorbed and Vermicilli is soft ,if not done more water can be added 3. Add sugar, Cardamom and Coconut and simmer until moisture evaporates Adjust sweetness as desired. Decorate with Nestle Cream..
