INGREDIENTS
2 cups grated cheddar cheese2 cups grated mozzarella cheese2 cups diced cooked sausage (or steak cubes/chicken cubes/polony)2 tablespoon butter1 large onion (diced fine)1 punnet button mushrooms1 large tomato (diced)½ green pepper (diced)½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper1 teaspoon garlic paste1 teaspoon ground green chilli (to taste)Samoosa pastryBeaten eggCorn flake crumbs (mixed with some dried mixed herbs)
METHOD
1. Steam sausages/polony until just done. Cool before chopping.3. Remove centers of tomato (all liquid and use for another dish), dice fine.4. Heat butter, saute onions, mushrooms, tomato and green pepper with chillies, garlic, salt and pepper.5. Add sausage to sauted veg. 6. Allow to cool completely.7. Add to cheese once cooled.8. Fill into samoosa pur.9. Seal with lai (water flour paste) and dip in beaten egg and crumbs.10. Now freezer suitable.#whenruhanacooks#ruhanaebrahimrecipes
