1 ½ cups grated cheddar cheese1 ½ cups grated mozzarella cheese3 cups diced cooked sausage2 tablespoon butter2 onions (diced fine)½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper½ teaspoon garlic paste1 teaspoon ground green chillies (to taste)1 punnet button mushrooms1 large tomato (diced)½ green pepper (diced)
1. Steam sausages until just done. Cool before chopping.3. Remove centers of tomato (all liquid), dice fine.4. Heat butter, saute onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and pepper with chillies, garlic, salt and pepper.5. Add sausage to sauted veg. 6. Allow to cool completely.7. Add to cheese once cooled.8. Fill in samoosa pur.9. Seal with lai (water flour paste) and freeze.10. If you're worried of cheese oozing out, then dip in beaten egg & Kellogg's crumbs & freeze.
