1 Whole Chicken1 teaspoon Paprika Spice¼ teaspoon Salt1 teaspoon Tumeric½ White Pepper¼ teaspoon Sugar½ teaspoon Garlic Spice½ teaspoon Lemon & Garlic Spice2 Cups Buttermilk 1 egg, beaten1 Cup Flour
Clean the chicken.Marinade the chicken pieces in the buttermilk & egg.Mix all the spices in a bowl dip the chicken in the flour mixture. Fry in oil for 15/20 minutes.
Moist chicken if you overnite the chicken in the buttermilk.
