500g chicken fillet.
1 teaspoon barbeque spice,
1 teaspoon paprika,
1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice),
1 teaspoon lemon pepper,
¾ teaspoon salt,
1/2 teaspoon chilli garlic paste,
2tblsp lemon juice.
1cup bread crumbs and 4tblsp olive oil.
Cut chicken fillet into strips. 2. Combine all the
spices with lemon juice and mayo. 3. Marinate the
chicken strips in the mayo mixture overnight. 4.
Drain excess marinade from the chicken strips and
dip in the egg whites. 5. Coat each strip with
bread crumbs and set in an oven tray in a single
layer. 6. Chill for 20min. 7. Drizzle olive oil
over the chicken strips. 8. Bake at 180 for 30min
until golden brown. Nice for a light snack or
